For a closed system, there are 2 forms of internal leakage. The other is the high-pressure chamber. Engine oil in Engine oil leaks into the low-pressure chamber. The first thing to consider is that the internal temperature of the soil stabilizer high pressure relief valve will heat the system. Since the rotor only turns in one direction, the high pressure relief valve can be adjusted to eliminate the high pressure relief valve. Valve failure.

Due to the check valve between the high pressure and low pressure of the hydraulic pile driver, under normal conditions, the arm of the stabilized soil mixer will be lifted and the tailgate will be opened. After the engine stops, it is easy to make the rotor turn in the direction of the rotor rotation, and vice versa. This function allows you to manually reverse the rotor to identify faults. If it can be turned in the opposite direction, it can be determined that the hydraulic oil temperature of the stabilized soil mixer has risen sharply, and the oil has not reached the rated pressure chamber due to oil leakage from the high pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber.
