For a closed system, there are 2 forms of internal leakage. One is high-pressure oil seeping into the casing, such as the gap between the pump and the motor plunger, the cylinder exceeds the tolerance or radial leakage occurs. The other is the high-pressure chamber. Engine oil in Engine oil leaks into the low-pressure chamber. For example, a high-pressure safety valve leaks into the low-pressure chamber on the switchboard or a hydraulic pile driver in the high-pressure and low-pressure chambers.

The 2nd type is the more difficult type of internal leak to identify. The first thing to consider is that the internal temperature of the soil stabilizer high pressure relief valve will heat the system. Since the rotor only turns in one direction, the high pressure relief valve can be adjusted to eliminate the high pressure relief valve. Valve failure.

Due to the check valve between the high pressure and low pressure of the hydraulic pile driver, under normal conditions, the arm of the stabilized soil mixer will be lifted and the tailgate will be opened. After the engine stops, it is easy to make the rotor turn in the direction of the rotor rotation, and vice versa. This function allows you to manually reverse the rotor to identify faults. If it can be turned in the opposite direction, it can be determined that the hydraulic oil temperature of the stabilized soil mixer has risen sharply, and the oil has not reached the rated pressure chamber due to oil leakage from the high pressure chamber to the low pressure chamber.
