Do not use steel brazing or the side of the bracket to roll or push stones. Because the oil pressure comes from the excavator, loader boom, arm, bucket, swing or slide operation, so the big and small arms will be damaged. At the same time, the breaker bolts may break, the bracket will be damaged, and the steel drill will be broken or scratched. Try to avoid using the breaker to carry stones. In particular, it is pointed out that steel drills are inserted into stones, and excavation must not be carried out.

4. Do not use the steel drill as a pry bar

If the steel drill is used as a pry bar when crushing stones, the bolts and steel drill may break

5. The excavator hammer lasts for no more than one minute

When beating hard rocks, the same beating lasts for no more than one minute, and then replace it with another beating work. Long-term beating operation will cause the oil temperature to rise, which will cause damage to the brazing bushing and damage the brazing bushing. Progress wear.

When the hammer is used for crushing, the engine speed should meet the required fixed value. The engine speed exceeding the working requirements will not increase the striking force, but it will increase the oil temperature and cause equipment damage.

8. The excavator hammer cannot work in water and mud

It is not necessary to use the breaker in water and mud, otherwise, the piston or similar parts may rust and cause permanent damage. If it is necessary to work in water or underwater, the underwater breaker should be specially ordered.
