1. Research purpose

In order to improve the construction quality of backfill projects for newly-built highways, drainage works, table backs, etc., as far as possible, local areas where the working face is narrow and the operation of large and medium-sized compaction machinery is troublesome, resulting in hidden safety risks caused by failure to compact. Vibration tamping is suitable for local roads and narrow areas. After the reinforcement of the machine and equipment, the longitudinal deformation of the surface of the subgrade project reaches more than ten centimeters, which can significantly enhance the backfill compaction and speed up the settlement of backfill within a certain depth range, thereby reasonably improving Backfill construction quality.


The operating principle of excavator vibration ramming: The rammer accelerates to fall from a prescribed height, so as to perform repeated movements, quickly hit the ramming plate with a cushion pad, and indirectly ram the road surface. Under the traction of the mobile machine, different parts can be compacted accurately and quickly.

3. Main characteristics

Compared with the conventional compaction technology for forcibly compacting the foundation, the excavator has outstanding characteristics such as low interaction force, high striking frequency, and mild action; compared with vibration compaction technology, its compaction kinetic energy is high and its impact depth is large. A relatively even degree of compaction is obtained over a large depth range. Hydraulic tamping machine is an integrated product of mechanical equipment, electronic devices, and hydraulic pressure. The automatic control system of electronic devices is used to select the tamping strength and working mode to meet a variety of work requirements. Installed on an excavator or forklift, it is easy and fast to exchange and change site work, and it is possible to work in narrow places.

4. Application fields

① The backs of highway bridges, small and medium-sized structures, and supporting structures can reasonably handle the situation of bridgehead bouncing at the highway construction site.

② The roadbed of large and medium-sized infrastructures such as petrochemical plants, seaports, airports, parking garages, etc. are compacted.

③ Landfilling of sanitary waste and hazardous waste.

④ Local roads such as half-digging and half-filling and compaction work in a small area.
