The key reasons for the low oil pressure of the hydraulic pile driver:

1. The remaining oil in the car oil is not enough

If the remaining oil in the car oil is not enough, the gasoline pump volume of the high-pressure oil pump will be reduced or the pump will not pump due to the intake of gas, which will reduce the oil pressure of the car. The engine crankshaft and rolling bearings, cylinder liners and piston rods will all be due to poor lubrication. And aggravate the destruction.

2. The high-pressure oil pump does not rotate

If the drive gear of the high-pressure oil pump and the flat key of the rotating shaft are damaged or fall off; the damage of the filter collector causes the high-pressure oil pump to suck in impurities, and the transmission gear is jammed, which will stop the high-pressure oil pump and reduce the oil pressure of the automobile to zero.

3. The high pressure oil pump is destroyed

When the gap between the pump shaft and the shaft sleeve of the gasoline pump of the hydraulic pile driver, the gap between the inner hole of the transmission gear and the pump cover, the tooth side gap or the axial gap is too large due to damage, it will cause the gasoline pump to decrease and make the car The oil pressure decreases.

4. The engine temperature is too high

Excessive dirt in the engine refrigeration system, poor heat dissipation of the heat pipe, long-term overload work, or late fuel supply time of the diesel pump, etc., will cause the engine to overheat and accelerate the embrittlement, mildew, and thinning of the automobile oil. Leakage from each mating gap, reducing pressure.

5. The matching gap between the main rolling bearing and the crankshaft rolling bearing is enlarged

After long-term use of the engine, the gap between the main engine crankshaft and the crankshaft rolling bearing gradually expands, the leakage increases, and the automobile oil pressure decreases.

6. The intake valve is destroyed

In order to better maintain the normal oil pressure of the main oil passage, an intake valve is set. If the pressure transformer becomes yellow or loose or is improperly adjusted, the mating surface of the valve seat and the bearing steel ball is destroyed or stuck and closed tightly. As the remaining oil increases, the pressure in the main oil passage will decrease.

7. Oil leakage from the oil radiator of the hydraulic pile driver

Exposure will pollute the surface of the engine and reduce the pressure; internal leakage will cause automobile oil to enter the water storage tank, and the actual effect of heat pipe heat dissipation in the refrigeration system will be worse, the engine will overheat, the automobile oil will become thinner, and the pressure will decrease.

8. The level sensor is not working or the oil passage is blocked

If the liquid level sensor fails or the oil passage from the main oil passage to the liquid level sensor is blocked and the oil flow is blocked, the vehicle oil pressure will decrease.

9. The setting pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too low

In the lubrication system, the automobile oil pumped by the gasoline pump must be applied with moderate pressure before reaching the lubricating components of the engine. If the setting pressure of the pressure limiting valve is too low, the pressure transformer becomes yellow or loose, or the sealing surface leaks, the setting pressure will be too low.
